When is the website restocked? 

We restock the website every Wednesday at 9am and close orders at 7pm Sunday

 

When will my order be shipped? 

We ship all orders Monday 

 

How long does shipping take?

We post using royal mail tracked 24 which usually arrives the next day however please note it can take up to 3 days if royal mail are experiencing delays

How do I store my treats? 

On hot days please put your box of treats in the fridge so they firm back up! Store in an airtight container- for cakes please store in an airtight container at room temp. 

 

Do you offer collection?

Yes we do! If you'd like to collect from us (DE21) please select local pickup at checkout

Do you still run the cake shed? 

Yes! Our cake shed and fridge shed is open weekly Friday to Sunday 9am-9pm
